Bofinger Brasserie, Paris
The Paris Conference Dinner returns to Bofinger, hailed as one of the most historic and beautiful brasseries in the city. Established in 1864 during Paris’ Belle Époque period, Bofinger was the first brasserie to introduce beer to the capital and has maintained its century-long tradition of fine dining alongside the restaurant’s original Art Nouveau décor. Delegates can convene after the plenaries for a time slip back to late-19th-century Paris over classic Alsatian and traditional French cuisine, with fine beer and wine.
