About Musée Rodin

The Musée Rodin in Paris is a testament to the genius of French sculptor Auguste Rodin, housed within the elegant Hôtel Biron and its picturesque gardens. This museum presents a comprehensive collection of Rodin’s work, including iconic sculptures like “The Thinker” and “The Gates of Hell,” alongside his sketches, photographs, and pieces by his protégée, Camille Claudel. It serves not only as a showcase of Rodin’s artistic achievements but also as an insight into his influence on modern sculpture.

Beyond the indoor exhibits, the museum’s gardens offer a serene retreat in the heart of Paris, where visitors can explore Rodin’s art in a natural setting. These gardens are dotted with Rodin’s dramatic sculptures, creating an outdoor gallery that invites contemplation and appreciation of the sculptor’s mastery of form and emotion.
