One of the thrusts given to every higher academic institution in the Philippines is geared towards delivering quality higher education to its stakeholders, particularly focusing on their student output. The concentration of learning experiences, student learning, and learner diversity. This endeavor is conducted to determine the impact of the Professional Salesmanship course on the business graduates of a State University in the Philippines from the school year 2018-2022. A quantitative research methodology was employed in the study, utilizing the standard tracer study questionnaire form developed by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). Based on the findings, most graduates identified that in learning experiences, client presentations, advanced customer service, and level mastery of product knowledge. In the area of student learning, it should focus on enhancing business communication. Lastly, in learner diversity, the course should also include engaging and building customer trust and loyalty. The researchers recommend spontaneous interaction that will develop knowledge, skills, or attitudes. The course must create activities involving memory, understanding, and application, relating concepts to real-life. Lastly, the course can develop a vast range of individual differences among learners in educational settings, including cognitive skills, cultural backgrounds, learning styles, socioeconomic levels, and physical abilities.
