Technological advancement is making radical changes in education, revolutionising how learners learn and how teachers teach in diverse classrooms. The landscape of many sectors of the economy, including education, is changing at a tremendous speed. It is critical to find out how technology and education can intersect to address learner diversity and solve classroom complexities. The study made use of a systematic review approach to investigate the benefits of technology in inclusive classrooms. A systematic literature review was conducted following PRISMA 2020. ERIC database and Google Scholar academic search engine were searched for articles published between 2023 and 2025. Findings highlight that technological tools enhance student engagement, knowledge retention, and individual learning pace tolerance as well as creating a more inclusive and equitable learning environment. It was also found out that teachers who use new technologies in their teaching promote soft skills in learners which are essential for employment opportunities. One of the most salient findings highlights that over reliance on technological tools can retard the development of independent thinking, learner focus as well as critical thinking and creativity. It is recommended that governments, curriculum developers and initial teacher education institutions should redesign educational programs to align with the needs of all learners in the regular classrooms. Additionally, teachers should be trained in how to provide diverse learners with innovative ways of learning by incorporating technological tools.
